1955 Chevrolet 210 Delray Club Coupe - 350 CID/ 4-Speed-
A Delray Club Coupe belongs to the Fisher Model Series 2124 made by Chevrolet. It has a special number on the cowl tag all its own: Style: 1011A.
Ready for the Road! We all love a "turn-key" car... we can jump in, turn the key and start enjoying the fun! It's really easy to find a '55 Chevy at a much higher price point, this one however is ready now. Will you want to make it your own with upgrades and improvements? Maybe, although the previous family had fun at car shows and often traveled long distances to events in neighboring states with her, just the way you see her. She's a driver! Powered by a mild 350 CID with a 4-speed manual transmission, she's set up the way you would want it as a kid: No A/C, power steering, or brakes. The body is straight and the paint is "casual show" presentation level. The interior received some nice upgrades over the original that include bucket seats (driver's side power), multiple gauges, an-upgraded radio and steering wheel, and of course a Hurst Shifter for the 4 Speed transmission. The chrome and glass are in great shape and the undercarriage shows solid, as a car that lived in a state like Missouri (the most northern, Southern state), where she was born. Unfortunately, as the previous owner is no longer with us, many of the details of the history are not available to share. As always, we welcome any inspection for your peace of mind before your purchase.
